We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Administrative Supervisor to join our team to support the Administrative PM in managing a staff of 50 – 75 resources for processing of medical records. The supervisor will be responsible for managing staff of the assigned section.

*This position is available upon contract award and execution. Award expected in early 2024.

Responsibilities
The Contract Supervisor will provide on-site supervision of the client and make decisions on behalf of the company. This individual must be available on-site during normal working hours to provide sufficient day-to-day supervision of employees working under the program to ensure successful performance of the contract. The Contract Supervisor must ensure all positions within the task are adequately covered to process the daily work and meet agency directives.

Some high-level duties include but are not limited to the following:
  • Respond to the government client within two (2) hours of receiving requests.
  • Identify potential problems and propose resolution(s) to those problem areas.
  • Provide Weekly and/or Monthly Status Reports.
  • Supervise Section Leads to support staffing requirements.
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings with the government client to discuss staffing, known issues, equipment needs and general status.
  • Ensure all staff meet training requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to produce documents that convey relevant information regarding specific details.
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project schedule, project plan, critical path and dependency analysis, resource allocation, baseline management, status monitoring, and related project management activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and monitor adherence to the schedule and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic.
  • Able to Multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral); including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a necessity.
Experience/Qualifications
  • 5 years of relevant experience managing programs
  • Working knowledge and understanding of government programs (FAA desired).
  • Medical Records Processing (preferred)
Education
  • Position requires BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering or similar discipline from an accredited university or 15+ years of relevant experience
